Program Cost

Price for the trip:

€ 9,780 per person.
The price is per person, based on two people sharing a Premium Room at the 5* Fontenay, Hamburg, Premium Room at the 5* Regent Hotel, Berlin and a Deluxe Room at 5* Conservatorium, Amsterdam.

Single supplement: € 1,690

What’s included:

– Airport pick-up/drop-off with private car and chauffeur.
– 2 nights in a Premium Room at 5* The Fontenay, Hamburg
– 3 nights in Premium Room at 5* The Regent Hotel, Berlin
– 2 nights in Deluxe Room at 5* The Conservatorium, Amsterdam
– Breakfast daily.
– 6 lunches including excellent wines, mineral water and coffee.
– 6 dinners including excellent wines, mineral water and coffee.
– All guided visits, private visits, entrance fees, receptions and events as outlined in the itinerary.
– All coach transport as outlined in the program in a luxury, air-conditioned vehicle.
– All taxes for all goods and services.
– All tips for drivers, guides, hotel and restaurant staff.
– An experienced Arts & Travel tour leader for the entire trip.

Not included:

– International airfare for participants.
– Personal Charges (laundry, minibar, telephone etc.).
– Personal Travel Insurance.

Payments:

Once you have signed-up, and we are close to the minimum number of participants to operate the trip, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.
This is payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.

Deposit

A deposit of € 3000 per person is required to confirm your place on the trip.
The deposit becomes non-refundable on payment.
Balance of payment is due by May 1, 2022. 

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:
From sign up to May 1, 2022: Deposit is forfeited.
May 1, 2022 to departure date: 100% of tour package cost.
