Program Cost

Price for the trip:

$8,500 per person
Single Room Supplement $ 900

What’s included:

– Transport from/to the airport.
– 4 nights at the Four Seasons, Mexico City.
– All meals as per the itinerary.
– All guided visits, private visits, entrance fees, receptions and events as outlined in the itinerary.
– All taxes for all goods and services.
– All tips for drivers, guides, hotel and restaurant staff.
– An experienced ‘Arts & Travel’ tour leader for the entire trip.
– Educational leadership and materials from the Guggenheim.

Not included:

– International airfare for participants.
– Personal Charges (laundry, minibar, telephone etc.).
– Personal Travel Insurance.

Payments:

Once you have signed-up, and we are close to the minimum number of participants to operate the trip, we will send you an invoice for the deposit. This is payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.

Deposit

A deposit of $3,000 per person is required to confirm your place on the trip. The deposit becomes immediately non-refundable
Balance of payment is due by December 1, 2022.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:
From deposit payment to December 1, 2022: Deposit is forfeited.
From December 1, 2022 to departure date: 100% of tour package cost.

Due to the nature of this custom trip, we are not able to offer refunds in the event of participant cancellation.

The Guggenheim reserves the right to cancel the program prior to the departure date for any reason should extenuating circumstances arise. Neither the Guggenheim nor Arts & Travel shall be liable to any participant for any failure or delay in performance on the trip, to the extent caused by a force majeure event beyond the reasonable control of the Guggenheim or Arts & Travel, including, but not limited to, pandemic, war, terrorism, fire or other casualty, public emergency, civil disorder, sabotage, earthquake, flood, act of God, or any emergency governmental regulations, statutes, ordinances, restrictions or decrees.

In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, you will receive compensation for any refundable payments made and this will constitute full settlement with you. You will be responsible for any collateral costs, including airfare, travel cancellation penalties, or other personal expenses incurred due to trip cancellation. Due to circumstances at the time of the trip, it may be necessary to alter the itinerary, although any changes will not affect the high quality of the program. The program is non-transferable. By submitting payment I/we acknowledge that we have read and accept the refunds and cancellation policy and all terms and conditions as set forth above.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend all participants take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to date of travel. This insurance should cover cancellation and curtailment, all medical expenses including evacuation/repatriation, accident and sickness, personal baggage, personal liability, death and permanent disability and travel document insurance.
