Price for the trip:

$4,950 per person.
The price is per person

Single supplement: $995

What’s included:

• Ground transportation upon arrival in Santa Fe
• Hotel accommodations
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); including beer and wine at dinners

Not included:

– Airfare for participants

– Personal Charges (laundry, minibar, telephone etc.)
– Personal Travel Insurance

Payments:

When we are close to the minimum numbers for the trip, we will invoice for full trip payment. The balance of payment is due by March 1, 2024

This is payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:

Sign up to March 1: 50% of tour package cost. 

March 1 to departure date: 100% of tour package cost.

Insurance:

Exceptions to the above cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

Please note: With most insurance providers, cover must be purchased within 15 days of the initial deposit, in order to be covered for pre-existing conditions. All other conditions are covered as normal.
