Program Cost

Price for the trip:

€4,500 per person. 

This price is per person, based on two people sharing a standard room at L’Esquisse Hotel and Spa, Colmar. 

Single room supplement: €600 

Course Registration Fee: €400 (Please note, this only applies to participants registering for the medical conference portion of the trip)

Room upgrade options:

– Signature Room – included in trip cost.

– Création Room – supplement of €570 (sold out)

– Artist’s Studio – supplement of €675

Upgrade options are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis – a confirmation email will be sent to you, once sign-up is complete.

Supplement costs above are applicable for the 6 trip nights. If you require any additional pre and post trip nights we can confirm the rates via email.  

Bike options: 

A modern hybrid bike is included in the cost of the trip. Upgrades to an e-bike or road bike are available—please select your preferred option during the sign-up process.

E-Bike – €130 for entire duration of trip. 

Road Bike – €150 for entire duration of trip. 

What’s included:

– Airport pick-up/drop-off from Strasbourg. 

– Modern hybrid bike included for duration of trip. 
– 6 nights at L’Esquisse Hotel and Spa, Colmar. 
– All lunches where outlined in the itinerary, including wines, mineral water and coffee.
– All dinners where outlined in the itinerary, including wines, mineral water and coffee.
– Breakfast daily.
– All hotel porterage fees.
– All chartered bus transfers as outlined in the program grid in a luxury, air-conditioned vehicle.
– All tips for drivers, guides, hotel and restaurant staff.
– Experienced coordinating guide from Arts & Travel on-site.
– Office services by Arts & Travel including trip booking assistance, pre-departure information and tour handbook.

Not included:

– Lunches at leisure.

– Optional bike upgrade.
– International airfare for participants.
– Personal Charges (laundry, minibar, telephone etc.).
– Personal Travel Insurance.

Payments:

Once you have signed-up, and we are close to the minimum number of participants to operate the trip, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.
This is payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.

Deposit

A deposit of €2,000 per person will be taken upon sign-up to confirm your place on the trip. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:

Until March 1, 2026: Deposit is forfeited.
March 1, 2026 to departure date: 100% of tour package cost. 

Insurance:

Exceptions to the above cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

We highly recommend taking trip cancellation insurance in case you should have to cancel your trip.

Please note: With most insurance providers, cover must be purchased within 15 days of the initial deposit, in order to be covered for pre-existing conditions. All other conditions are covered as normal.
