Arts & Travel Ltd will not be responsible for any physical or mental injury or loss (including property loss or damage) arising in connection with a traveller’s participation in a trip, however caused, unless caused by the reckless, wilful or fraudulent conduct of Arts & Travel and personnel, even if caused by the negligence of Arts & Travel, our employees, agents or independent contractors. Travellers agree not to sue Arts & Travel, our employees, agents or independent contractors in respect of any such injury, loss or damage and release them from any such liability and any liability in respect of claims made against the traveller as a result of the traveller’s action on a trip. The contract and the relationship between the traveller and Arts & Travel will be governed exclusively by English law and will be binding upon the traveller’s successors and legal personal representatives. Any dispute relating to the agreement or relationship between Arts & Travel and the traveller will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
