Price for Vienna (May 4-9, 2024):

$ 9,900 per person.
The price is per person, not including the hotel costs.

Supplement for Brno day trip from Vienna = $ 250 per person

• Deluxe View – $745 per night (6 nights, May 3-9 = $4470) 
• Junior Suite View – $820 per night (6 nights, May 3-9 = $4920) 
• Signature Suite View – $1205 per night (6 nights, May 3-9 = $7230) 

Price for Venice (May 9-12, 2024):

$ 4850 per person.
The price is per person, not including the hotel costs.

Rooms in Venice (Gritti Palace) – Please note that availability is limited in each room category and rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please indicate your preference in the sign up form. 

• Deluxe – $1570 per night (3 nights, May 9-12 = $4710) 
• Giglio Prestige –  $1795 per night (3 nights, May 9-12 = $5385)
• Landmark Grand –  $2220 per night (3 nights, May 9-12 = $6660) 
• Sestiere Suite –  $2685 per night (3 nights, May 9-12 = $8055) 

What’s included:

• Private airport transfers. 
• All lunches where outlined in the itinerary, including wines, mineral water and coffee.
• All dinners where outlined in the itinerary, including wines, mineral water and coffee.
• Breakfast daily.
• All hotel porterage fees.
• All guided visits, private visits, before-hours visits, entrance fees, artist studio visits, receptions and events as outlined in the itinerary.
• All transportation as outlined in the itinerary.
• All taxes for all goods and services.
• All tips for drivers, guides, hotel and restaurant staff.
• Experienced coordinating guide from Arts & Travel on-site.
• Office services by Arts & Travel including trip booking assistance, pre-departure information and tour handbook.

Not included:

• Lunches at leisure.
• International airfare for participants.
• Personal Charges (laundry, minibar, telephone etc.).
• Personal Travel Insurance.

Payments:

Once you have signed up through our booking form (click here), and are close to the minimum number of participants to operate the trip, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.
This is payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.

Deposit

A deposit of $ 3,500, per person for Vienna and/or $2,000 per person for Venice is required to confirm your place on the trip. The deposit is due by December 4, 2023 and is non-refundable on payment.
The number of participants is limited. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Balance of payment is due by February 4, 2024.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:
Sign-up to December 4, 2023: Deposit is forfeited.
February 4, 2024 to departure date: 100% of tour package cost.

Insurance:

Exceptions to the above cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

We highly recommend taking trip cancellation insurance in case you should have to cancel your trip.
